We've pre-washed these jackets to give a soft and supple worn-in vintage feel to the fabric, the kind that usually comes with years of wear. They are made from a herringbone twill weave cotton which was specifically chosen to echo our favourite type of vintage workwear.

It can be difficult to find the perfect aged French work jacket as vintage sizing can vary a lot - so by creating an item with a pre-worn feel, we aim to bring you a jacket with a sense of character but also a predictable fit.

Full exact garment measurements available in final photo.  Our garment design is based on a classic men's vintage workwear jacket but all of our jackets are all sold and styled as unisex, please see ladies UK sizing equivalents below. We recommend measuring a garment that fits you well against the size chart to determine your correct size.

Male model is 5ft 11" tall, chest 38" and wears size medium.

Female model is 5ft 6" tall, chest 34" and wears size small slightly oversized.
